  • SME of RyderShare product; understanding the system integrations between source systems & RyderShare , the functionality and features within the RyderShare product, the data requirements needed in order to support a value added product for the customer and internal users
  • Strong organizational skillset - user will be managing multiple customers in varying stages and required to report out on status of each customer.
  • Strong presentations skills - User will be customer facing, providing training sessions (in person and/or remote) and providing platform demos as needed
  • Warehouse experience - Knowledge of SCALE/Manhattan and operational warehouse functions
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Solutions mindset - how to solve customer needs within the given parameters and ability to identify product enhancements.
RMEOTE work from HOME Travel 10-20% Essential Functions
  • Develop, Launch & Support New Products Across Ryder. The Product Manager will help orchestrate the launch of products and subsequent releases of new features or capabilities for Ryder\xe2\x80\x99s business units. They will help the Product teams collaborate across functions and business units to successfully growth revenues and deliver value to both users and customers
  • Wide Knowledge of Ryder Users and Customers. The Product Manager will be a subject matter specialist on the customer and user: their issues, pains, desires, how they think, how they work, and how they decide to interact with Ryder products. They will translate these needs into user stories and product deliverables to ensure a positive customer & user-centric experience
  • Knowledge of the Ryder Business. The Product Manager will be a subject matter specialist in the Ryder business, understanding the complexity of the supply chain world and the role that advanced products play within the Ryder ecosystem
Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to partner with product design colleagues to design impactful user experiences based on the target user stories, features, and specifications, while leveraging interactive prototypes and lean practices
  • Ability to tell compelling stories that deliver insights about people and behavior both verbally and visually, in a way that generates empathy, emotion, and engagement
  • Demonstrated experience in new product development preferred.
  • Familiarity with global business practices affecting the supply chain.
  • Experience with, or ability to understand, commercial implications of solutions proposed, potential areas of risk and methods to limit liability.
  • Experienced in financial business case analysis to help support targeted return on investment.
  • Demonstrated success in assessing, developing and deploying new offerings or incremental enhancements. preferred
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree required in Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Business Management
  • Five (5) years or more experience in logistics, operations, engineering, agile development or solution development.
  • Three (3) years or more Transportation industry preferred
Travel: 40-50% Applicants from California, Colorado, New York, New Jersey and Washington: Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant\xe2\x80\x99s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $90 to $110K.
