Product Development Manager

to help shape the next generation of XO products.

Position Overview

The Product Development Manager will take ownership of the product lifecycle--concept through launch--ensuring every XO product reflects our brand promise of performance, reliability, and design. This individual will collaborate with engineering, marketing, service, and sales teams to bring products to life that excite customers and strengthen our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead XO new product development projects from ideation through commercialization. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in appliances and outdoor living. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, service, and marketing. Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor resources to deliver projects on schedule. Ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards (CSA, UL, etc.). Translate dealer and consumer feedback into actionable product enhancements. Partner with sales/marketing to develop product positioning, launch strategies, and promotional materials. Track the performance of launched XO products and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Travel to overseas factories (Europe, Asia, Mexico) to manage product development, sourcing, and quality assurance.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus). 5+ years of product development or product management experience, ideally in appliances, consumer goods, or durable products. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with overseas manufacturing and supply chain preferred. Proficiency with product lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
