Description: Executive Description of Role: The Processing Manager ensures the functions of Processing is operating at a level that achieves KPI expectations set forth by Senior Leadership. The Processing Manager must engage, develop and lead their direct reports to run their daily operations in accordance with achieving daily KPI expectations. The Processing Manager must ensure that their direct reports are being held accountable for lack of execution of achieving KPIs in accordance with company HR policy guidelines. Our Benefits:

Pricing Level of Expectation:
  • Ensure Processing Pricers and Builders stays at a staffing level set forth by Senior Leadership. The Processing Manager must meet weekly with their OPS Manager to ensure proper staffing is met.
  • Ensure that pricing KPIs are being met daily in accordance to the daily expectation of disposed pallets per pricing hour. The Disposed goal for Module expectation is .5 per processing pricing hour used.
  • Ensure that associates below the productivity goal expectation set forth by Senior Leadership is held accountable for productivity. This expectation is expected weekly.
  • Ensure that every unit coming out of pricing is priced to achieve perpetual inventory.
  • Ensure that daily productivity is being turned in at COB for tracking of associates accountability.
  • Ensure that staffing reflects the amount of productivity needed to achieve 100% completion of IB pallets by COB.
  • Ensure that Module Pricers are not placing Damaged Merchandise in the recirculation line.
  • Ensure the proper breaks are being taken in accordance with the direction set forth by Senior Leadership.
  • Ensure that every RAW pallet is properly disposed daily and counted correctly at COB reporting.
  • Ensure that Second Shift is set up to complete the daily expectation of Inbound Raw Pallets
  • Ensure that Shift to Shift set up and Housekeeping expectations are met daily.
Sorters Level of Expectation:
  • Ensure that Sorters stays at a staffing level set forth by Senior Leadership. The Processing Manager must meet weekly with their OPS Manager to ensure proper staffing is met.
  • Ensure that every unit in the recirculation line is sorted correctly based on the category/season classification.
  • Ensure that the proper flow of merchandise is being achieved from the Sorters to the Builders. If the line is backed up. The sorter should help the builder get caught up before sending more freight down the line.
  • Ensure no damages are being placed on the line.
  • Ensure the Sorters are hanging and placing items on the proper line for the Builders.
Builder Level of Expectation:
  • Ensure that their Builders stays at a staffing level set forth by Senior Leadership. The Processing Manager must meet weekly with their OPS Manager to ensure proper staffing is met.
  • Ensure that every unit is scanned and placed properly in the gaylord.
  • Ensure that cube is maximized in every gaylord.
  • Ensure that each gaylord meets the quality expectations set forth by Senior Leadership. Ex. Cube, Pallet Integrity, properly scanned units and no damages sent to store.
  • Ensure that every pallet flows through On Dock Verification before staged for completion. Partnership with QC OPS is vital in this space.
  • Ensure that every lane is flowing properly with current days mix of freight.
  • Ensure that proper alignment is met with Second Shift Operations Managers for daily completion expectations.
  • Ensure that Shift to Shift set up and Housekeeping expectations are met daily.
Requirements: Education and Experience
  • The successful applicant must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
