Training:

Will be on 1 shift for a solid 6 month before moving to an off shift.

WORK ENVIROMENT:

Both facilities are climate-controlled, with an outstanding safety record of over 1,400 consecutive days without a lost-time incident

What You'll Do

As a

Production Process Technician

, you'll ensure production runs at peak efficiency using optimized processing methods. You'll troubleshoot issues, apply root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions. Responsibilities include:

Creating and maintaining robust processes Troubleshooting EOAT/robotics and processing issues Performing tool sets and pulls Writing work instructions and interpreting cavity pressure graphs Collaborating with the team to improve manufacturing methods Supporting daily schedule changes and production needs Ensuring cycle times, scrap, and efficiency meet BOM standards

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of processing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS) Strong troubleshooting and tooling knowledge Systematic Molding score of 80% or higher
