We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Process Server to join our team. This role involves delivering legal documents and ensuring proper service in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a clean drivingand criminal record, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Responsibilities

Serve legal documents such as subpoenas, summonses, and complaints to individuals or entities in accordance with legal requirements Maintain accurate records of all served documents, including dates, times, and locations of service Follow all applicable laws and regulations related to process serving in the jurisdiction Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and recipients regarding service status Manage routing and scheduling to optimize efficiency for daily deliveries File proof of service with appropriate courts or agencies promptly after completion Utilize courier services for document transportation when necessary Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents handled during the process

Experience

Prior experience in courier services or delivery roles is preferred, but

not

required Familiarity with filing procedures within legal or governmental settings is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills and professionalism in handling sensitive situations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
