job summary:
A Process Engineer is needed at a medium-sized plant that is part of a large and financially stable company. This company has never had a layoff in its history, and the plant is located just 25 minutes away from Huntsville, AL. You should have a firm background in manufacturing. This role actively participates in the decision-making process for process and product quality, aiming for ongoing enhancements while providing support to the production team. responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to leading the maintenance and production teams by:

• Improving and maintaining line automation and drive systems to ensure customer requirements are met

• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing process software and human machine interface applications

• System administration, support, and troubleshooting for Process Control networks and infrastructure

• Providing control loop analysis and performance tuning for process optimization

• Taking a lead role in problem solving application, network, and infrastructure problems

• Safety is the most important part of all jobs; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• Education: Bachelors (required)
