Process Engineering Manager
We have a great client who is looking for a process engineering leader to join their team in the greater Milwaukee, WI area. My client can offer relocation assistance along with a competitive compensation package. The Process Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the development of new processes, developing capabilities for the latest molding technologies, complete trials for molds, materials and processes, assist in resolving all mold and mold processing issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in injection molding, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience with RJG, Moldflow, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Working knowledge of thermoplastic processing, resin processing characteristics, mold construction, cavity construction, and gate design
- Knowledge and experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE)
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in scientific molding techniques and process optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP and MES systems.
- Six Sigma, lean manufacturing certifications preferred
- RJG Master Molder certification is a preferred
