Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified PRN APRN to join our Omaha team to provide coverage for our Clinical Director during out-of-office, sick days, and high volume patient days.

The ideal candidate is experienced or highly motivated to learn IV ketamine administration protocols and will also provide oversight and support for Spravato (esketamine) treatments as we expand our services. Primary Responsibilities:

Administer IV ketamine therapy following established clinical protocols. Monitor patient safety and comfort during infusion treatments, adjusting dosages as necessary in accordance with guidelines. Oversee the REMS-certified administration of Spravato (esketamine), including patient monitoring and documentation. Conduct pre-treatment assessments and post-treatment patient evaluations, ensuring comprehensive documentation in our electronic medical records. Collaborate with our clinical team to maintain high-quality patient care standards and safety protocols. Provide empathetic and compassionate support, building trust and rapport with patients and their families.

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Nebraska APRN license. At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in acute, psychiatric, emergency, or infusion therapy settings. Experience with or strong interest in IV infusion therapies; previous exposure to ketamine or Spravato treatments is a strong plus. Current BLS and ACLS certification preferred. Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating reliability, clinical competence, and decision-making confidence.
