Your Impact Zone:
As a PRN Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide care throughout the northeastern Indiana areas, bringing clinical expertise and compassionate support to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, and hospitals - wherever they feel most comfortable.
What You Bring & What We Offer
Required Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner License (FNP, AGNP, or similar)
Valid Driver's License
Current liability insurance
1+ years clinical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Hospice experience
ACHPN (Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse) certification
