We're looking for a

compassionate, state-licensed Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our growing team to perform initial nursing assessment, create care plans and complete supervisory visits as required. This is a PRN flexible contractor role, ideal for RNs seeking supplemental income without daily shift commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care for both adult and pediatric clients in their homes

Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide safe, effective nursing care and monitor client conditions Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and healthcare partners Document care and report changes promptly Supervise caregiver services and ensure quality care delivery Educate clients and families on health-related needs Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active RN license (Georgia) CPR certification 1-3 years of nursing experience (home care preferred) Experience with

pediatric clients preferred

Strong communication, flexibility, and initiative Ability to travel within 50 miles

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with client mobility Adequate hearing, vision, and motor skills for client care Occasional standing, kneeling, or reaching as needed
