WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH




As the Principal, Portfolio Management, you'll be part of the CFO Office of Strategy & Enablement, reporting to the Director, Integrated Transformation Management Office. You'll collaborate closely with your Portfolio Change Management partner, operating as a dynamic two-in-a-box team across all programs within your portfolio. Together, you'll ensure seamless integration of change, program management and delivery - driving impact across the portfolio.


Additionally, you'll engage with Finance Executive Leadership, Global Process Owners, and cross-functional teams, including Technology, Operations and Nike Business Services. External partners and vendors will also be part of your network as needed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR




We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who brings a wealth of knowledge in portfolio and program management, process improvement, and the adoption of new technologies.

What You Bring

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in related business field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training Minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio and program management, process improvement, and the adoption of new technologies. Proven track record of managing complex portfolios and delivering hands-on program work Experience with AI and driving its use in the workplace (experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot is a plus) Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing stakeholders at all levels Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution which includes developing long-term plans and executing them effectively Experience in recruiting and managing external consultants; sourcing, onboarding and overseeing external consultants Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills as well as ability to convey complex ideas clearly and foster strong relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience dissecting complex problems and develop innovative solutions A passion for the Nike Brand and our values and goals!

WHAT YOU'LL DO




As a Principal, Portfolio Management, you'll be both a strategist and executor. You'll lead a portfolio of finance programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial strategies. You'll deliver hands-on project management support, owning and executing project management deliverables for select programs within the portfolio.

Lead a Portfolio of Finance Programs:

Manage a comprehensive portfolio of finance programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial strategies.

Deliver Hands-On Project Management Support:

Own and execute project management deliverables for select programs within the portfolio. You'll be both strategist and executor.

Recruit and Manage Consultants:

Source, onboard, and oversee external project management consultants for approved programs, ensuring alignment with Nike's values and goals.

Conduct Thorough Financial Analysis and Risk Assessments:

Inform decision-making and optimize portfolio performance.

Monitor and Evaluate the Progress of Finance Programs:

Providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management in partnership with your Portfolio Change Manager

Drive Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships across Finance, Transformation, and Change teams, acting as a trusted advisor and program champion.

Assess and Report Against Cross-Program Impacts:

In partnership with your Portfolio Change Manager, build and maintain an evergreen matrix of cross-program impacts within your portfolio, inclusive of which stakeholders are impacted and when.

Measure and Report Impact:

Define success metrics and track progress to ensure change efforts deliver measurable business outcomes.
