The primary responsibility of a Pricing Specialist is providing pricing support that allows us to earn more business! - Salaried position - Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (No weekends!) - Full-time - Family Culture - Incredible Benefits Package - Work Life Balance - Competitive Salary Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage, complete, and respond to daily pricing requests on time and following the specific pricing models provided
• Work closely with internal teams to generate weekly pricing of finished goods in order to distribute to our customers
• Assemble and transmit price cards for internal teams and dealers.
• Ensure pricing quality and integrity, proactively identifying pricing issues and implementing solutions.
• Provide notes on every pricing activity, logging how the pricing was compiled to communicate that information to relevant stakeholders effectively.
• Monitor and report back to management monthly progress towards assigned goals and KPIs.
• Partner with the IT organization to ensure programs and systems deliver necessary functionality today and enhancements for the future to support the pricing function.
• Set up pricing structure for new products within the company guidelines when required.
• Collaborate with management and peers to identify best practices to provide continuous improvement in the quality of pricing activities and trends that lead to more favorable win ratios.
• Provide fact based decisions in a timely manner to incoming request
• Provide analytical support for strategic pricing initiatives.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience

• Prior experience in a Pricing Specialist, Pricing Analyst, or other pricing-related role is a plus
• Strong business acumen with exceptional knowledge of \xe2\x80\x9cretail\xe2\x80\x9d math.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, specifically in Excel
• Demonstrated communication, prioritization and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
