Job Description

Position Summary



The primary function of the Pricing Analyst is to provide pricing solutions to GMS customers through sales and account management channels. This role collaborates with multiple departments and analyzes competitor pricing and market conditions to ensure competitive and profitable pricing for the company's products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities



Maintain accurate records of sales activity, sales performance, and pricing data Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, market strategies, and profitability Partner with outside sales teams and serve as a liaison to coordinate sales and special job pricing Communicate pricing updates and assist with the implementation of pricing changes Develop and deliver effective presentations that communicate analytical results and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Basic Qualifications



Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred in finance, economics, business, or a related field Minimum of three years of related work experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Comfortable meeting and communicating with vendors and customers

Physical Requirements



Ability to remain in a stationary position in an office environment approximately 70% of the time Frequent movement within the office to access files and office equipment Ability to operate basic office machinery Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
