Preschool Teacher - Christian Early Learning Center

We are seeking a loving, Christ-centered Preschool Teacher to join our Early Learning Center team. The ideal candidate will nurture children's spiritual, academic, social, and emotional growth in a safe and engaging environment.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and leading age-appropriate lessons that integrate Biblical principles Creating a warm, welcoming classroom that reflects Christian values Partnering with families to support each child's development Maintaining compliance with licensing standards

Qualifications:

A growing relationship with Jesus Christ Passion for early childhood education and ministry High School Diploma or Equivalent Reliable transportation Experience working with young children a plus

Scheduling

Substitute Position:

To be notified of open shifts needing filled as a Substitute Teacher should any full time or part time staff member need to be scheduled off. Will also be called and asked to come in, should any staff member call in sick for any reason. Shifts will not be mandatory should other requirements prevent availability, however, a minimum of 3 shifts per pay period (one month) shall be required to maintain Substitute Teacher status with in our department. Please note: Substitute Teachers in good standing will get first offer of any full time or part time positions that may come available in the future.
