Full-Time Lead Teacher.

This position is ideal for teachers ready to take the lead in a preschool classroom. This position is 4 days per week giving you an extra day to support a work/life balance.

About the Role

As a Lead Teacher, you'll create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans, foster a nurturing classroom culture, and support children's social, emotional, and academic growth. You'll also work closely with teaching assistants and families to ensure every child's success.

Develop and implement daily lesson plans and classroom activities Supervise and guide assistant teachers and classroom support staff Communicate regularly with families and center management Model professionalism, patience, and consistency in all interactions

Qualifications

Minimum

12 months of classroom experience

in early childhood education CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) Must be

18 years of age or older

Ability to meet Teacher qualification requirements Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
