Lexus of Watertown is looking for a Pre-owned Sales Manager with a proven track record of:

Maintaining the highest CSI and customer satisfaction Using the internet as a resource and business philosophy by which to build sales and loyalty. Our ideal candidates must have a strong work ethic, a passion for this business, and an ability to bring that passion and energy to a showroom. Lexus and or Luxury model experience is a plus. Pre-owned Sales Manager Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Coaching and Training the sales force as a member of the management team Establish positive relationships with customers using superior communication and customer service skills Desking deals and utilization of the CRM to manage contacts and follow-up Pricing and Maintaining Pre-owned inventory Accurate and timely submission of paperwork in accordance with policies Understand sales procedures and compliance Maintain the highest standard of moral, ethical and legal integrity at all times Must be customer oriented, organized and have verifiable references.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
