Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preconstruction Manager located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of preconstruction activities, including construction estimating, cost management, design management, proposal writing, and budgeting. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop project plans, estimates, and schedules, ensuring that projects align with client requirements and company standards.

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
