As ICC's Pre-Construction Coordinator, you'll play a key role in our sales pipeline -- identifying opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and ensuring clients feel supported from the first contact to project kickoff.

Key Responsibilities
Bid Management & Pre-Construction
Identify new bid opportunities and assess project fit.
Clarify materials and specifications to determine accurate bid pricing.
Prepare, submit, and track bids to clients in a timely manner.
Manage bid follow-ups and maintain organized records of submissions.
Complete and maintain GC prequalifications for new and existing clients.
Scope & Documentation
Review and confirm Scope of Work with internal and external stakeholders.
Create detailed handoff documents for awarded projects.
Coordinate and lead internal handoff meetings between Sales and Operations.
Oversee and manage scope review meetings and documentation sheets to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Verify all details of the Scope of Work prior to project initiation.
Contract & Client Coordination
Support contract negotiation and ensure all terms are accurately documented.
Manage and track unit sample approvals as part of the Pre-Construction phase.
CRM & Data Management
Add new deals, contacts, and project information into HubSpot.
Maintain HubSpot CRM accuracy and data integrity.
Monitor pipeline activity and assist with reporting as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in estimating, pre-Construction coordination, or a similar role in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of construction materials, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and Google.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
