We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in a dynamic food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and outstanding leadership skills. This role is essential in supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, ensuring high standards in food safety, customer service, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service that contributes to the restaurant's success.
Create the best experience by providing fast, high-quality service in a clean and welcoming environment.
Support management in hiring, training, and supervising staff to meet sales goals, control expenses, and safeguard company assets.
Consistently exceed individual and store performance targets.
Assist in building and developing a high-performing sales team.
Provide guidance, feedback, and follow-up to all employees.
Identify and nurture talent for growth within the company.
Oversee daily store operations in the Manager's absence.
Manage loss prevention practices when leadership is unavailable.
Communicate store needs effectively to management.
Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
Perform bank deposits and manage store opening and closing procedures.
Maintain strong skills in cleaning, order-taking, beverage preparation, and teamwork.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an assistant manager, preferably in fast food restaurants.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service abilities and comfort interacting with people at all levels.
Responsible individual with strong teamwork capabilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Availability
Monday to Sunday, from 5:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on rotating schedules.
