Practice Operations Manager
to lead our clinical operations and help drive our continued growth.
About the Role
The Practice Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of our clinical teams and ensures that both the patient and employee experience reflect our values of excellence, care, and teamwork. This role combines people leadership, operational management, and strategic execution in a high-energy environment.
This is a fully on-site leadership position, with regular time spent at both our Lake Forest and Gurnee practices to support the team and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily clinical operations for both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling.
Hire, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional care and service.
Manage scheduling, staffing, and time-off coordination to meet patient demand and optimize productivity.
Monitor and manage practice inventory and clinical supply ordering.
Partner with doctors and support teams to uphold quality and compliance standards.
Ensure a positive and professional patient experience at every touchpoint.
Support business growth through community engagement, referral relationships, and marketing initiatives.
Track and manage financial performance, including labor and supply costs, to meet P&L goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of management experience
in operations, retail, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Dental or healthcare experience is a plus but not required--we'll train the right leader.

Compensation
This is a full-time, on-site position based between our Lake Forest and Gurnee offices.
The expected salary range is
$80,000-$100,000
, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
