Job Title:

Post Harvest Technician

Pay Rate:

$18.81 per hour

Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Position Objective

The Post-Harvest Technician is an integral member of our cannabis cultivation team, responsible for executing cultivation plans and ensuring the optimal growth of cannabis plants. This role involves various tasks related to plant maintenance, harvesting, and general farm responsibilities.

Essential Functions

Harvesting Cutting plants down Weighing plants Packaging bulk Dry trimming plants Pulling fan leaves Loading racks with product Running sorting machine and trimming machine Cleaning of machines and equipment General clean up

Please note that the percentage allocations are a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities. Additional duties may be required as needed to support overall operations.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Basic math and technology skills.

A Plus, but Not Required

At least 2 years of experience in cannabis cultivation or a related field. Knowledge of cannabis cultivation, including cloning, trimming, and post-harvest processing. Familiarity with compliance standards and state regulations.

(Schedule, Environment, Travel)


Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds multiple times a day and work with a step ladder. Ability to obtain and maintain an active Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge in the state of Colorado.
