Full-Time Travel Hospital Liaison Sales Position | Serving North Tulsa, Stillwater, and Northeastern Oklahoma

In this high-impact role, you will:




Assess patient needs and coordinate smooth transitions from hospitals to post-acute care Serve as a clinical expert and trusted resource to patients, families, and referral partners Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, LTACs, and healthcare providers Support our mission of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities




Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital referral sources, including case managers and physicians. Facilitate business development with hospitals, LTACs, and physician groups to ensure a consistent pipeline of patient referrals. Conduct pre-admission screenings and assessments to determine clinical, equipment, and transportation needs. Collaborate with facility Admissions Coordinators to ensure a smooth, patient-centered admission experience. Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, and healthcare professionals throughout the referral and admission process. Maintain accurate records of daily activity and referral source interactions within the referral tracking system.

Required Experience & Qualifications




Current and unencumbered Oklahoma LPN or RN license Minimum of 1 year of experience as a hospital liaison Experience in a skilled nursing or skilled rehabilitation setting Background in clinical sales or business development Reliable transportation for daily regional travel
