Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Pool Technician with hands-on experience in pool cleaning, water chemistry, equipment inspection, and minor repairs for our Pinellas County Pool Route. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance (vacuuming, brushing, skimming) Test and adjust pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) Inspect and troubleshoot pool systems (pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators) Complete minor repairs and report larger issues to management Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients Maintain accurate service records and schedules
Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of professional pool service experience required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Familiarity with a variety of pool equipment and water testing procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
