We are looking for Pool Cleaning Techs that are wanting a company they can advance in. Pool Cleaning Techs work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. If you want to pick up Bonus pay, you can work on the weekend as well. We are willing to train you. Your daily job will look like this... 1: You get a company car This means you will start your day from your home. You will complete your pool service route for the day. We work rain or shine (we do not work in ice/lightening or any severe weather.) You get to take the truck home so you don\'t have to waste your gas or time going to an office or warehouse each day. 2: You clean pools Our pool techs usually clean 8-12 stops a day. Cleaning the pools requires:

• Checking pool chemistry & balancing it (don\'t worry, we will train you on how)
• Brushing the pool walls
• Blowing off the pool area to keep it looking yummy
• Emptying skimmer baskets
• Vacuuming each pool

Bottom line is... You will keep the pool clean & clear year round. 3: You get done early Most of our techs get an early start. They like to get the pools done so they can spend the afternoons and evenings with the people they love the most. 4: You get the opportunity for career growth If you are hungry and want to grow into management, you will not find this opportunity in most pool companies. We also have a pathway for you to grow into a pool repair tech as well. 5: You get consistent work Yes, we pay by the hour BUT we guarantee you will get 40 hours a week of pay. Two weeks of paid vacation after being with the company for 6 months. 2: Who will I be working with? You will do your pool routes by yourself. However, we have a support team that will be in contact with you throughout the day. 3: How long is training? Our training program is 4 weeks long. If you have experience, it can be shorter than that. We will just want to test your skills in the field. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits:
