Iseman Homes in Gillette is looking for a part time Office/Model Home Cleaning Technician, approximately 20 + hours a week, weekday shifts with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, changing garbage receptacles etc.)
- Carry out deep cleansing & upkeep of our model homes during & after setup & maintaining through daily customer traffic
- Keep lot free of debris.
- Assess & notify office service dept. of the need for any repairs.
- Stock and maintain supply room.
- Cooperate with other staff.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Being prepared based on daily weather/temperature conditions.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Integrity and dependability.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals/supplies is a plus.
- Personable & presentable.
- Flexible schedule
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Gillette, WY 82718: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
