Plumbing Apprentice

What You'll Do

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you'll support licensed technicians while learning the technical and professional skills needed to become a certified plumber. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy methodical, hands-on work and want to build a career through hard work and reliability.

Assist with plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in homes and commercial properties Help diagnose and resolve piping and drainage issues under supervision Maintain a clean and organized job site and fully stocked vehicle Follow job processes accurately and complete documentation on time Participate in all training sessions, team meetings, and company events Build rapport with customers while observing technicians during service conversations and customer interactions Learn how to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients

What You Bring to the Team

High School Diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years old Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-focused and task-oriented work ethic Willingness to learn through observation, repetition, and hands-on experience Ability to maneuver in tight spaces and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
