Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation and staff of the Players Club, Resort Ambassadors, and the Players Club Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:
Actively enroll guests into the Players Club program which includes building a rapport with guests on the gaming floor
Conveys benefits and requirements of the loyalty program, marketing initiatives, and amenities to guests and Team Members
Upholds the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism with guests and company information
Communicate with Team Members regarding all details of the property, services, promotions, and events to provide them with the information needed to complete their tasks thoroughly and efficiently
Performs duties of the Players Club Representative and assists with the execution of marketing events as needed
Issues promotional amenities, redeems coupons, maintains accurate records in Players Club accounts, and maintains inventory control records
Serves as a representative of the casino while participating in off-property functions such as charitable events, job fairs, guest events, etc.
Resolves service problems according to established guidelines
Ensures Players Club area is clean and free of safety hazards
Communicates and reports on guest feedback including specific guest issues and actions taken or suggested actions to resolve the guest issue
Train, develop, and assist Team Members in the Player Development department and assist other departments as applicable
Oversee and ensure delivery of exceptional guest service at the Player's Club and assigned work area of Resort Ambassadors
Act as a role model to promote a culture of service excellence
Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and ensures others do the same
Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
Must be 21 years of age or older
High school graduate or GED
Strong skills in verbal and written communications
Must be detailed oriented
Available to work a schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Willingness to meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
Must meet attendance guidelines as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team member Handbook
A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Data entry/keyboarding and organizational skills
Previous supervisory experience
3 years of casino industry experience
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
Respond to visual and aural cues
Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
Able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (7-8 hours)
