Assists the Player Services Shift Manager in protecting casino Player Services assets by implementing accounting and documentation policies and procedures, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with company internal controls, policies and procedures, laws and regulations. Will also provide effective customer service while enrolling new members and servicing existing members. Assist guests with accounts, point redemption, promotion entries, and by answering any other questions to ensure a favorable gaming experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One (1) year of progressive cashiering experience. Lead experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years direct leadership experience in training staff, assigning work, managing performance, and allocating resources.
Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Must have exceptional customer relation and leadership skills.
Strong computer skills in MS Office/Windows - Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word.
Have a working knowledge of particular the player tracking system software.
Strong typing, written and verbal skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
