What YOU will do:

You will be an active team player in the development of flight critical avionics systems.

You will utilize embedded operating systems, C/C++ code, and a host of other technologies in creative ways for a new product development.

You will contribute to your team by asking questions, receiving help, brainstorming ideas, helping others, and promoting a collaborative teaming environment.

You will have responsibility for tasks and mentors you may use for assistance.

Education & Experience:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor\'s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline

Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder.

Skills You Must Have:

You must be able to contribute your knowledge, ideas, energy, and effort to your work team.

You must have strong oral and written communication skills.

You must have C and/or C++ programming experience, preferably utilizing a Unix environment.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

Must be a commutable distance from Cedar Rapids, IA to work a hybrid schedule reporting on-site as needed.
