Plastic Surgery Front Desk Receptionist

to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and has expertise in greeting patients, answering phone calls, collects co-pays, insurance verification, and scheduling appointments

What You'll Do:

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the heart of our patient experience, supporting clients through their aesthetic journey Your responsibilities will include:

Receptionist:

Serve as the primary point of contact for aesthetic and plastic surgery clients.

Insurance Expertise:

Manage in-network and out-of-network insurance ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Scheduling:

Schedule appointments and follow-up appointments across multiple clinic locations.

Support:

Greets visitors, checks in participants, collects co-pays, insurance verification and address any questions or concerns with compassion and professionalism.

Travel:

Drive to different clinics.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain detailed records, process paperwork, and ensure compliance with all medical and legal standards.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years in a Front Desk/ Receptionist or similar role, preferably in a plastic surgery or aesthetic medical practice. Proven experience with greeting visitors, checks in participants, collects co-pays, and schedules appointments Answers and routes incoming calls Previous direct patient care experience a plus

Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel to multiple clinic locations as needed. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures in plastic surgery and aesthetics. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
