to join our manufacturing team! This role is responsible for producing high-quality dispensing closures efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver who can troubleshoot process issues, perform mold and material changes, and ensure consistent production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain molding and automation equipment according to production standards.
Troubleshoot process and equipment problems; communicate findings promptly.
Perform mold, color, and material changes as needed.
Monitor product quality and take samples for inspection.
Maintain production documentation and communicate shift handoffs effectively.
Ensure all machines and presses are properly shut down during downtime or weekends.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and production schedules.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Leadership qualities with attention to quality, safety, and efficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment.
