Job Summary
We are seeking a Planner/Scheduler II, to support Enbridge's Engineering and Construction capital projects. The Planner Scheduler II provides planning and scheduling support for moderate-complexity projects valued at up to $50MM annually, typically with durations of two years or less. This role works independently with minimal supervision and supports project teams through effective schedule development, analysis, and continuous improvement of project controls practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
Apply WBS, CBS, and resource structures; resource-load project schedules
Support forecasting, progress measurement, and performance reporting
Use best practices to improve planning and scheduling processes
Act as a resource to less experienced planners and project team members
Develop and document project controls procedures
Assist with preparation and delivery of training to small groups
Participate in internal committees and improvement initiatives
Support and maintain the SETW Project Management System
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Engineering or related discipline
P.Eng (or equivalent) preferred
4-7 years of relevant experience, including 1+ year of construction or project execution experience
Proven high performer based on prior performance reviews
Working toward PMP certification or holder of CAPM designation
Moderate experience with Primavera P6
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Additional Information
Works with minimal supervision; complex issues are escalated to senior staff
Provides guidance to other planners or project team members
Progression to Senior level is based on meeting minimum requirements and demonstrated high performance
