This is technical and creative work of moderate complexity in developing, researching, preparing and reviewing, monitoring and maintaining public planning studies and programs. Work involves providing recommendations to ensure program compliance with growth management criteria at the local, state and federal level; and conducting detailed studies, preparing reports and making presentations on land use, housing, transportation, sustainable development, coastal management and resiliency, historic preservation, urban design, public health, and other areas of comprehensive planning activities.
