Also, our hours are from 4pm - 9:30pm and we have a great system for closing.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position includes making Neapolitan-inspired pizzas, cooking, & preparing a variety of the different food products included in our menu including sauces, vegetables, meats, etc., according to our daily prep list.

Must love making wood-fired pizzas for St. Louis' friendliest customers! Must have excellent communication, organization, and people skills. Must have a positive attitude and a friendly disposition. Must have a strong work ethic. Must pay close attention to the little details. Must be someone of honor and integrity. Must be able to coordinate effectively and graciously with the entire staff, including Front of House

This person should also should also be passionate about quality and also have the ability to cook food to order.


You will report to the general manager and also be responsible for excellent sanitation practices and other food/kitchen related duties.
