POSITION: Pipe Fitter
Location- Houstan, TX
Duration- Long-term/Full-time
What You will Do:
Participate in shutdowns and turnarounds in refineries/ chemical plants. Should be knowledgeable on -
Blinding/ de-blinding for positive isolation.
Reading P&IDs and blinding diagrams.
Line tracing
Piping fabrication (optional), fit up
Able to read piping isometrics and draw hand sketches for the same. Able to identify various piping components like different types of valves/ o-let connections / other commonly used pipe fittings. Able to identify punched markings on pipe fittings Able to identify vessel name plates. Ability to walk around the plant without any difficulties
What You Will Bring/good to hae
Engineering degree (Mechanical)
5 to 10 years of oil gas experience in related industry (refining/petrochemical/LNG/oil&gas
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
