Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pilates Instructor to lead engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals of varying skill levels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pilates techniques, a strong ability to motivate clients, and a commitment to fostering a safe and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Design and conduct Pilates sessions that cater to different experience levels and physical abilities
- Provide personalized modifications and support for clients with specific needs or limitations
- Educate participants on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and movement control
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio space
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuing education in Pilates and wellness
- Promote classes and assist in client retention through excellent customer service

Qualifications & Requirements

Certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited organization
- Experience teaching Pilates in a group or private setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and movement principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.50 - $55.00 per hour
