Flow Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in the heart of Chapel Hill, dedicated to fostering a welcoming community and helping clients achieve their mind-body health goals.

About the Role

:

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Certified Pilates Reformer Instructors to join our team. As a key member of our Pilates team, you will:

Conduct safe and effective group Reformer Pilates classes, as well as private and semi-private sessions Create and deliver challenging and engaging workouts that cater to diverse client needs and fitness levels. Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and communication. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment. Contribute to the positive and welcoming culture of the BK Pilates brand.

Qualifications

:

Current and valid Pilates certification, preferred with rehabilitation expertise and experience CPR/AED certification Professional liability insurance Strong understanding of Pilates principles and anatomy Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Passion for health and wellness Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Contract details

:

Independent contractor position (not an employee role) Class time Monday - Sunday 7-10 AM and 5-9 PM
