Job Title:

Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN - Nights

Location: Charleston, SC (MUSC Health - Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital)

Schedule: 3x12-hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) | 36 hrs/week

Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN to join the team at MUSC Health - SJCH. The RN will provide exceptional care to critically ill pediatric patients while floating between units as needed.

Details:

Float Units: CVPICU, PICU, NICU Ratios: 1:2 or 1:3 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holiday Rotation: Required Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Block Schedule: May be approved based on unit needs Locals Accepted: Within 60 miles (10% lower rate)
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience (required) License: Active South Carolina or Compact RN license Certifications: BLS & PALS (AHA only) Preferred Experience: ECMO, CRRT First-Time Travelers: Accepted with required experience
Additional Info:

During hurricane season (June-November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response duties as needed.

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,110.00 per week
