Job Summary and Qualifications

#####

Under general supervision the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) staff nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. In collaboration with the patient, the patient's family and other members of the health care team, the clinical RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates treatment plans.

Position Requirements:

Registered Nurse

Basic Cardiac Life Support Provider or Instructor through American Red Cross or American Heart Association

Pediatric Advanced Life Support Provider or Instructor through American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 12 months of hire

Experience: One (1) year experience in pediatric care or in an intensive care setting
