Title: Physical Therapist - Hospital Setting (Carlsbad, NM)

Connected Health Care is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a leading hospital in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing rehabilitation services to patients in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Provide education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current New Mexico state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
