to join our post-acute rehab team in anautonomous practice role
.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physiatry assessments and care plans Manage pain, functional recovery, and rehab strategies independently Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to optimize outcomes Maintain documentation in compliance with
CMS, PDPM, and State Regulations
