Phone Staff/ Busser
Job Description
Responsibilities: - Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner
- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to guests
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests - Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- Assisting with food handling and preparation as needed - Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Familiarity with bussing and food service procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Skills: - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues
