Responsibilities

Conduct between 150 to 250 calls daily. Respond to inbound leads promptly and effectively. Make outbound calls to homeowners, sharing the compelling benefits of solar energy. Schedule appointments for our solar consultants to meet with homeowner. Maintain consistent follow-ups to generate leads and build relationships. Uphold a professional tone and demeanor on the phone.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with speaking to individuals, including experience with cold calling or outreach. Availability to work on-site during office hours.
