What You'll Do

Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right products and services. Present, promote, and sell wireless devices, accessories, and plans to new and existing customers. Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up. Resolve issues with care, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. Consistently achieve (and exceed!) sales goals. Work as part of a team to meet location targets and share best practices. Stay up to date on promotions, industry trends, and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For

Proven sales or customer service experience (wireless/retail a plus, but not required). A self-motivated, goal-oriented personality with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Team player with openness to feedback and growth. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
