Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare prescription orders under pharmacist supervision
- Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed medications and supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, and removing outdated drugs
- Process patient transactions including prescription pick-up, insurance verification, and payment processing
- Provide quality customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Utilize medical terminology in daily interactions with healthcare professionals
Skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

You may be a good fit if you:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent Have no drug related felony or misdemeanors
No registration or certification required to apply. However, you will be asked to register with the State of Nebraska as a Pharmacy Technician prior to your start date.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
