Who You Are

A certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, or Fitness Professional who understands movement, strength, and balance training, especially for those who need a little extra care. A great communicator who can lead a class without sounding like a drill sergeant (unless that's your thing--then, maybe just a friendly one). Someone who can keep things running smoothly, from exercise sessions to patient coordination, without breaking a sweat--unless it's during a workout. A professional who thrives in an organized, efficient environment and helps keep things on track. Friendly, approachable, and adaptable--our clients have different needs, and our schedules sometimes shift, so flexibility is key.
What You'll Do

Lead group exercise classes that are engaging, effective, and appropriate for our clientele. Work one-on-one with clients to create and implement customized fitness plans. Manage patient care coordination, including scheduling, reminders, and making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time. Be the glue that keeps our fitness programming and patient flow running smoothly. Work alongside a supportive team that values collaboration and professional growth.
