Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Henderson, NV
We are a Well-Established Personal Injury Law Firm seeking an experienced Attorney to join our Team! As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in a variety of Personal Injury cases and helping them receive the compensation they deserve.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Representing clients in court hearings, trials, and arbitrations
- Conducting depositions and engaging in discovery
- Negotiating with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada
- 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
