Personal Assistant (Bookkeeping & Property Management Experience)
Location: Saint Louis, MO -- In-person role
Schedule: Full-time or part-time (up to 40 hours per week)
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to help with a variety of administrative, bookkeeping, and property management tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable handling both office and personal errands in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking, QuickBooks entries, and reconciliations.
Support property management activities such as coordinating maintenance, handling tenant communications, and organizing property files.
Perform general administrative duties: scheduling, filing, and document management.
Run local errands (bank deposits, mail, purchasing supplies, etc.).
Assist with miscellaneous personal tasks and organization projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting support (QuickBooks preferred).
Property management experience or familiarity with real estate tasks.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience).
Flexible hours -- no more than 40 hours per week.
