We're looking for a
Property Management Sales Consultant
who wants to build something meaningful, not just hit quotas. This isn't about pushing services people don't need - it's about finding property owners who value quality management and creating long-term partnerships.
What Success Looks Like:
Consistently bring 10-20+ new units per month (mix of single deals and larger portfolios)
Build relationships with realtors, investors, and property owners in your territory
Convert warm leads from our marketing efforts
Cultivate opportunities in our CRM system
Generate your own leads through networking and relationship building
Realistic First-Year Earnings:
$104,000 - $132,000+
based on 20 units/month average
100% of first month's management fee on every unit you bring in
50% of management fee in months 2 & 3
$1,000 bonus every month you sign 20+ units
$500 per leased unit, for tenant showings (avg. 8 showings per placement)
No earnings cap

What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Follow up on inbound leads from our marketing
Network with realtors, investors, and property owner groups
Attend industry events and build strategic partnerships
Identify and pursue opportunities in your territory
Consultative Selling:
Conduct property visits and assessments
Present HPM's value proposition aligned with owner needs
Educate prospects on our three-tier service model
Close deals that benefit both the owner and HPM
Relationship Management:
Maintain contact with prospects in CRM (Leadsimple)
Collaborate with operations team for smooth client onboarding
Build your reputation as "The Best Property Management" resource
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Residence in York County, ME or Strafford County, NH
Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based compensation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle incoming calls during business hours (flexible schedule otherwise)
Ideal Background (but not required - we'll train the right person):
Property management experience
Sales experience (B2B preferred)
Real estate knowledge or investor background
Existing network in real estate or property investment communities
