Job Description
We are currently seeking a Penetration Tester for an Onsite Opportunity in Denver, CO. This is for a 1+ yearlong temp to hire position.
***Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder***
Type: IT Cybersecurity
Length: Approximately a 12+ month temp to hire opportunity
Location: Must be local to Denver since this is an Onsite opportunity (or willing to relocate in the next few weeks) Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing cybersecurity expertise related to vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of consumer electronics like modems, routers, WiFi Access Points.
- Monitoring cybersecurity state of network devices, identify defects, work with vendors to develop solutions to defects.
- Capable of capturing troubleshooting logs and packet captures and analyzing them.
- Utilize common security tools like NMAP, Greenbone, Wapiti, Hydra Bruteforce, Routersploit, Burpsuite, etc.
- Must thorough understanding of networking protocols and traffic flow of IP networks.
- Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT, networking or cybersecurity required.
- Experience with Penetration testing
- Thorough understanding of Linux shells and commands.
